Southwest Riparian Restoration Workshop: Streambank Soil Bioengineering
Oxbow Ecological Engineering attended the 2014 Southwest Riparian Restoration Workshop, a 3-Day “hands-on” experience to teach effective planning, fundraising, and proven revegetation methods to restore riparian habitats on the Lower Colorado River. Oxbow Ecological Engineering had the opportunity to lecture and assist with field exercises in streambank soil bioengineering techniques alongside a stellar group of restoration professionals from Fred Phillips Consulting. LLC and Terra BIRDS. It was really fun getting to work with the diverse, experienced, and hard-working folks that attended the workshop.
